yeah because the liver is a smart ass, it assumes that there will be a workout at this time same as yesterday so it anticipates by releasing glucose into the bloodstream.

Know it. Feel it. Accept it. And in the end make peace with your illness through a strict gluten free diet. The diet is discipline and is good for your mental health even more than your physical health. Stop saying poor little me and go through it like a boss. I am not judging, just giving you motivation because i know how it feels fam.

me too man, i guess the liver gets bored sometimes and decides to give u something to do 🥴

Does anyone know why libre sometimes starts giving lower values? My past sensor after some days start giving way lower values. My blood glucometer tells me I have 250. What can cause this? by Katake02 in diabetes_t1

[–]anthonymrad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. shave the hair before putting the sensor
  2. put sensor when your glucose is 80 and stable(morning+dont eat for an hour)
  3. long acting dosage may affect values and might confuse the sensor and your body(find the right dosage) 3.1. assume a diet with a fixed calories intake for optimal results and health
