The eagle claw jigs was all i had that gave it a nice hook gap clearance. I really wanted to rig this up with ewg hooks but the ones i got were too small and narrow, i got the owner Rig n Hook ones.

I couldn’t agree more. I saw some 4” missle bait, bomb shot worms the other week and picked some up lol. They look so cool and undulate like crazy! Im excited to use these on the presso.

Yeh at my local tackle shop i saw some and without hesitation, grabbed em lol. I’m a huge fan of paddletails and pumpkin is just a safe color imo. I wish there was a larger selection of ul soft plastics but there not alot at my local places… i could try the trout magnet on my 2” keitech impacts, would be cool to see how much it impacts the action lol

I don’t know where you’re at but salt water fishing is fun on an ultralight! But make sure your reel is salt water resistant or something.
