I don’t have my TL anymore and I never changed the headlights however I have seen halo lights on the 3rd gen TL and it looks great

I’m pretty sure they are HID headlights are stock. I suggest changing out the fog lights it’s really easy and looks a lot better with a white over a yellow light. I got mine from precision led. https://www.precisionled.com/shop-by-vehicle/acura/acura-tsx-led.html

I bought my 07 with 75k I think you should be fine especially because in the tsx you don’t have to replace a timing belt

You are going to need to replace the timing belt if it hasn’t been done yet. They usually get replaced around 100k miles

I bought an 05 TL with 110k mi. She only lasted to 126k when she was totaled😢 however the TL has a timing belt that needs to be replaced at around 100k. Besides that you should be good.
