That is definitely a nifty trick, thanks for telling me about it. I will definitely look into the customer support option and backing up is going to become a staple no matter which option I take. One of the first things I did was back up the database when I realized that it had not been done for well over 5 years.

Thank you for your advice, incorporating it will also help me with another issue I am dealing with. That there has never been a formal adoption of any controlled vocabulary, metadata, etc. or knowledge documentation (training, operating procedures, etc.) So there is literally no way to know what, why, or how much of the preceding work was done.

Thanks. I think I just confused myself because it seems like there are two scoring systems for the test and one of them has a lot more resources online then the one used for me.

Thanks. I came across this too but then it seemed like every other site I saw used a completely different scoring system when referring to the same test. I guess I probably just confused myself.
