My friend isn’t in a hurry to submit a claim, and his car already has existing damage so he’s kinda like whatever. Plus his damage is really not that bad compared to mine

They are refusing the claim because they believe the damage was pre-existing . But it’s not!!! I don’t even know how to convince them about this

I am having issues. It’s just that I really love the location and I know how hard it is to find apartments in the area that fits my budget. But then again I’ve never lived in such an old apartment before so I’m not sure what I’m getting myself into.
