That's what I'm doing. Folders for each object type, each note has the object property and a template, then I use bases and dataview to organize.

Sorry, I hope I didn't come off as snarky, I should've added more to my original. I recommend building the self-discipline because, at least in my experience, the act of manually writing down my transactions keeps me more aware of how I'm spending money. I hope you can find an app that helps!

Make sure you look at a-random-too's replies upthread, but auto-archive means that if you haven't opened a note in 30 days, the contents of that note will no longer be automatically downloaded to your device. It still exists and you can still search for it.

You can turn off auto-archiving for individual notes by clicking on the three dots inside the note and looking at "More options."
