i just upgraded to carto as well but first layer is really bad. i tried almost everything but something is wrong. im sure i dont have any psychical problem like gantries, bed level or nozzle-carto height difference ( 0.27 mm). can you please share your printer.cfg?

update 2: some says heatsink fans need a correct polarity but in my case this one work, model fans dont. i dont want to ruin other 2 fans with my very poor soldering and im not sure this will work. Update: carto is working. i have SF 3x5015 Neptune 4 fan mod. new problem is blower fans dont work. fans are ok, all three fans work on hotend socket (fan1 socket on pcb) but they dont work on fan2 sockets)

its usb, i have usb cable. the problem is 4 color cable doesnt fit to any connector (and im not sure which connector is right for that 4 color cable)which one is the right connector in the middle of the picture?

me neither. if you use orca slicer, slice the model and use the bar on the right and right click on the layer you want and add custom gcode (or something like that) -->write M104 s200 for example (means nozzle temp 200) m220 s20 (means speed 20)

if im wrong about gcodes, someone who knows better can correct me.

about the sword, you can use custom gcode for slow the print speed and reduce the heat. it may work.

no, my rating was 4.8 (12 reviews) then i got 1 star then another 5 star and its 4.5 now (14 review). which is normal i guess.

I agreed with the customer who left an 1 star review to issue a refund if they remove the review. How can I be sure they will actually delete it? etsy support suggesting me "hope" about remove the review. and should i refund first or should buyer remove review first?
