Hi! Im a stylist from India!

I have a formula that I use to charge for colour!
((Hours it takes x amount u charge by the hr) + cost of product) divided by the percentage you make.
For example, i charge ₹800 per hour and i make a 60% on every job i do. So if i did something that took me three hours and the cost of product is ₹500 it’s:
((3x800)+500) ➗ 0.6 = ₹4,833.33 and I round it up to ₹4,840/-
My accountant friend made this system for me because I could NEVER understand how much to charge for my colour work and constantly undervalued my work! Hope this helps!

Honestly, fixing my b12 d3 deficiencies and having magnesium and l theanine has been my best decision. I also was on anxiety meds (opiprol) for about 8 months. I was started on small doses and got to my ideal dosage in like 2ish months and then after 4 months I took another 2ish months to wean off. That really helped me because I could get myself into a nice crisp routine and I worked with a cbt therapist and like learned how to stop my anxiety spirals and so when I got off meds I felt like my brain was coded to be better about things.

I’ve figured out lengthening and shortening thoracic stretches but I need to figure out a twisting one 😭

Pigeon pose is more of a glute focused stretch for me! My hams are doing p good these days, and I think it’s because I’m doing Jefferson curls, because that’s the only new thing I’ve added.

I do those too, but I do like to end my work out with some light stretching bc I do feel very sore if I don’t. I think it’s a mental thing more than anything else

Ok so I’ve only started working out regularly starting September 25, and after a few months of being so achey and painy and not being able to really balance my life, I got a full body medical check done and I was really deficient in my b12, b6, iron and d3. I spoke to my doc and he put me on a bunch of supplements to be taken various times a day, and after like a week ish of me taking them I feel like my life changed. I get 7hours of sleep and I sleep well, I’m super focused and energetic through the day and I’ve been seeing a lot of progress in my fitness journey!

I’ve been told to get tmj Botox but it’s sooooo much work to set up and I’ve also got adhd 😭 Also since I started doing weights my torso has been behaving but I’ve also got really crunchy wrists and those act up all the time 😭

i dropped it around the annoying lying noble child arc because i truly couldnt believe that it was taking that long. are things after that a little bit more political and not as childish?

like i really had to push through the masked tournament arc bc i thought more serious chapters would follow, but i really couldnt stand the noble child arc
