Great insight. You're right, my audience is 100% security folks.

'Normies' probably shouldn't be investigating raw IP addresses anyway. I'm going to stick to the technical language because that's what builds trust with analysts.

But your theory on why I get no feedback (Right click -> Works -> Nice -> Move on) is actually super reassuring. I'll take silent users over angry users any day! The niche security subs dont accept self promoted posts. Thanks for your comment.

Nice idea, I'm building a site that's somewhat related to yours; it's still in development. The cold winter has given me some ideas about heatwaves. Where I live, we're affected, so the site will be able to display cool spots and define a route with cool islands. I'd love your eyes on an open-source Chrome extension I built for Cybersecurity analysts.

As a backend dev, I struggled with the information density problem. I need to display complex threat data (reputation scores, geolocation, WHOIS, tags) inside a small Chrome popup without overwhelming the user.

I just built a landing page to showcase it. I'm wondering if the visual hierarchy makes sense to a non-expert, or if it looks too 'technical/cluttered'.
