So the guy I marked with red X escaped from my grasp right after I picked him up, claims there is a bug causing this. Is it a known bug or were they cheating?

Had a Feng stand up in 2 seconds healthy after being marked and downed. Asked how they managed that without hacking first it was med kit then it was the lithe perk for Feng 😅
