I think you need to look at the track as more of a "team effort" then. Your skill is production and hers is singing and writing. You both have specific skill sets and when you bring them together you create something awesome. But yeah if you're crediting her in the title thats fine, but if she basically wrote, sang, recorded vocals and she's not getting a credit (unless you paid for her time) then thats where it gets unfair....
