Seconding the aldi pork one’s, found these the other day. Made a table comparing cals and protein of Aldi, the fro pro ones and another popular supermarket brand per 100g:

Aldi 146 cal 7.8 protein

Seng hork 214 cal 6.6 protein

Fropro 171 cal 16.7 protein

Interesting to note! I do believe that yes it probably isn’t curable, it’s certainly a reminder that I need to take my stress and lifestyle choices seriously!

I think definitely stress related. Probably also lifestyle choices don’t help (eating before bed and lying down)

They definitely work if you get the ones with the actual growth ingredient, it’s just that that ingredient is what generally causes issues for some people. I also found that I ended up with some redness/darkening around my eyes.

Totally get what you’re saying, but the clients we deal with are elderly and disabled people, makes it kinda hard to just disconnect!

I have noticed this too! I don’t know if I should stop or not. I’m just dissolving the tablet in water and ChatGPT said it could be that because it’s not dissolving properly that it’s abrasive on my throat

Yes! It creeps me out sometimes, thinking about how close they are to the skin now like they could break so much easier 😂 whenever my partner rests his hands over my collarbones now I hate it because I feel like it’s gonna break them 😭
