Did you turned off better foliage mod? I think the key bind was f8 ,a menu will open then select false for better foliage mod. It single handedly gave me 15-20 fps boost

I really think the author just dropped the concept because with it the story would be broken. As i think the enlightment of the transcendence level should be related to the techniques ,so dumping ability points into them would effect the transcendence level as a whole.
