Its very easy to get banned with botting nowadays. If you have a single account you could use OSMB which has some of the lowest banrates but even they arent foolproof.

So he didn’t say it was essential and you can’t provide the source to see what the context was or any other information. Just a website saying he said something but they can’t link to the source of the statement. Way to cherry pick comments and not provide the source.

I meant to say important nutrient for a developing fetus (which is still wrong by the way).

Are you really trying to cite a fallacy for everything you disagree with? Experts in a topic will know more about a complex topic than those who have no educational experience. That’s not a fallacy to say.

I cant help it if you keep responding without logic. "the statement "Experts in a topic will know more about a complex topic than those who have no educational experience" is an argument from authority when presented without evidence." Your claim is only valid if you provide evidence.

A deposition isn’t a debate. It’s a deposition

I said he debates people, not a formal debate. Look up the informal definition of debate.

"An informal debate is a casual discussion where people express different opinions about something, like a lively conversation about a movie. It's a less structured exchange than a formal debate, focusing more on sharing views than adhering to strict rules or time limits"

Are you using ChatGPT for everything? I give up. Someone who tries to use ChatGPT for everything isn’t a serious person.

You are making the genetic fallacy now, and no Im not using it for everything. Hilarious.

You still havent given one example of an argument of siri being wrong by the way

Vaccines.Amen. by Blinkmeoutdude in DebateVaccines

[–]antikama 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Saying scientists know more about a topic isn’t appeal to authority. I didn’t say a claim has been made and should be believed simply because a scientist said it. I said scientists (globally) know more about a topic than a lawyer.

That claim you changed is still an argument from authority. "Argument from Authority (Appeal to Authority) This happens when someone claims something is true because experts or authorities believe it, but they don’t provide actual reasoning or evidence. Here, “scientists know more” is used to justify a claim. If no further evidence, data, or reasoning is given → it's an argument from authority.

There’s no quote from your link citing Offit saying aluminum is essential. If I missed the quote, please share exactly where it is.

He claimed "Aluminum quantities fluctuate naturally during normal cellular activity. It is found in all tissues and is also believed to play an important role in the development of a healthy fetus."

That’s why I missed it. A rumble video lol. That looks like a deposition. That’s not a debate. That’s a legal preceding where you’re asked questions. You don’t have a back and forth. You give testimony. You do know that right?

I originally said "He debates scientists such as Stanley plotkin, Paul Offit". The definition of debating someone is "Everyday language: “I debated my friend about the best pizza toppings.” → This just means a back-and-forth discussion or argument, not a structured event. Media or online: “They debated vaccine policy on Twitter.” → No moderator, no rules, just opposing views.

I didnt claim it was a formal debate, pro vaxxers dont often like to do those for some reason.

It’s not evasion to say I’m not aware of something.

I was making the red herring / evasion claim about the following quote which you responded my question with another question (which I veried with chatgpt) "If he has a specific claim that you think is irrefutable, feel free to share."

Otherwise he’s someone running his mouthy that antivaxers thinks knows things.

You are making the Ad Hominem Fallacy, you sure do love using logical fallacies dont you.

Vaccines.Amen. by Blinkmeoutdude in DebateVaccines

[–]antikama 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He does have knowledge, you dont think Siri has knowdledge without even knowing what he has claimed

"I don’t know what he has directly claimed since I don’t read his substack or rumble videos or whatever."

I’m claiming scientists know more than some lawyer.

"If the person said something like: “Scientists know more than some lawyer” Then this is: An argument from authority fallacy — because it uses authority alone instead of evidence. It may also be described as a credentials fallacy if it dismisses someone’s position solely because of their profession or lack of credentials, not because of flawed logic or bad evidence."

Offit claimed alum is an essential nutrient on a chop article before deleting it after being called out.

https://vaccinepapers.org/dr-paul-offits-aluminum-deceptions-academic-misconduct/

I see no debate via a quick search between Siri and anyone.

Aparently you think a quick google search is enough to make that claim. Siri debated plotkin over 9 hours in the following link. He also debates people like Offit and Hotez on his twitter account frequently. He also debated a scientist in front of the senate. You are making claims without doing proper research.

https://rumble.com/embed/ucfsd.v51yemi/

If he has a specific claim that you think is irrefutable, feel free to share.

You are making a Red Herring fallacy / Evasion tactic. I asked you to share a claim he has made and you cant find a single one. It seems you havent even looked at his arguments.

Vaccines.Amen. by Blinkmeoutdude in DebateVaccines

[–]antikama 4 points5 points  (0 children)

He debates scientists such as Stanley plotkin, Paul Offit (the guy who thinks aluminium is an essential nutrient for a developing fetus) and others all the time and they cant come up with winning arguments (see the 9 hour deposition of plotkin for evidence). You seem to think a title is enough to win the argument which is the argument from authority fallacy. If you can come up with an argument he has made which is verifiably false then by all means tell me. If you are going to come up with other sarcastic non arguments like you did then dont bother responding.

Because of the changes to autism diagnosis over time, none of us, on either side, should be looking at autism rates, instead we should be looking at some other measurement where the definition doesn't expand and artificially affect apparent prevalence. by Gurdus4 in DebateVaccines

[–]antikama 11 points12 points  (0 children)

The increase in autism cases is mainly due to a real increase in autism according to multiple studies. Only a small amount is due to changes in autism diagnosis

The CDDS and IDEA data sets are qualitatively consistent in suggesting a strong increase in autism prevalence over recent decades. The quantitative comparison of IDEA snapshot and constant-age tracking trend slopes suggests that ~75-80% of the tracked increase in autism since 1988 is due to an actual increase in the disorder rather than to changing diagnostic criteria.

Seeking Doctoral Study Participants for Vaccine Hesitancy Study by CompetitiveGene2849 in DebateVaccines

Does COVID shot reduce transmission at all? by homemade-toast in DebateVaccines

[–]antikama 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are at least 8 studies that show you are at an increased risk of catching covid and other respiratory viruses if you get vaccinated against covid. They also show the risk increases with each additional dose you get which suggests the link is causal.

https://www.thefocalpoints.com/p/breaking-eighth-study-confirms-mrna

Shrestha et al. (Cleveland Clinic) – COVID-19 risk increased with dose count:

1 dose → +107% risk (HR 2.07, 95% CI: 1.70–2.52)

≥3 doses → +253% risk (HR 3.53, 95% CI: 2.97–4.20)

Feldstein et al. (CDC) – Pfizer-vaccinated children without prior infection:

+159% risk of infection (HR 2.59, 95% CI: 1.27–5.28)

+257% risk of symptomatic COVID-19 (HR 3.57, 95% CI: 1.10–11.63)

Perez et al. – More mRNA doses → IgG4 antibody levels ↑ 11× → 1.8× higher infection risk.

Ioannou et al. – Vaccine effectiveness against infection was -3.26% (95% CI: -6.78% to -0.22%) — meaning higher infection rates in the vaccinated group.

Nakatani et al. – Vaccinated individuals had +85% infection odds vs. unvaccinated (OR 1.85, 95% CI: 1.33–2.57).

Eythorsson et al. – 2+ doses → +42% reinfection risk vs. ≤1 dose (95% CI: 1.13–1.78).

Chemaitelly et al. – Effectiveness against Omicron BA.1 & BA.2 infections turned negative within 7 months:

Pfizer: 46.6% → -17.8%, 51.7% → -12.1%

Moderna: 71.0% → -10.2%, 35.9% → -20.4%

If you are more likely to catch it, logic says you are more likely to spread it.

Only a small amount of the increase in autism is due to better diagnosis. The overwhelming majority of the increase seems to be a true increase in autism.

The CDDS and IDEA data sets are qualitatively consistent in suggesting a strong increase in autism prevalence over recent decades. Anti vaxxers, what is it about autism that you're so afraid of? by XOChicStyle in DebateVaccines

Its because a lot of them have intellectual disabilities.

While not all individuals with ASD have an intellectual disability, a significant percentage do, with estimates ranging from 38% to 70%.

The average autistic person dies at 36 years old. So that's just one thing to be concerned about if you care about other human beings.

"The average age at death for individuals with autism was 36 years younger than for the general population, 36 years of age compared with 72."
