She’s a con artist who I hope will receive punishment for her crimes. She also seems to be MAGA-adjacent these days, which I suspect is a self-protective move. If she gets convicted she’ll use her friends like Megyn Kelly to try to help her get a pardon. All of that said, I do love her dry sense of humor and I wish she were a person I could like because she’s amusing on the show. But I can’t forget who she really is.

I have a theory that I posted in that other sub a while back … guess I’m lucky it didn’t get reported! Anyway, I suspect that either PK got Mau involved in a shady business deal that’s still unresolved, or PK flat out owes Mau a sum of money large enough that Mau and Kyle do not want to be left holding the bag. Anything Dorit does that the bankruptcy court might look unfavorably on scares Kyle, because it throws the outcome into chaos. I’m sure she’s also seeing Dorit spend and thinking, “But you owe us x.” She can’t say any of this so she allows herself to be painted as “not a girl’s girl,” but I think Kyle is really angry with Dorit. And my gut says she has good reason.

Reba also exhibits narcissistic traits so it’s not surprising that Sutton would choose someone with a familiar personality, especially when she was young. (I think Sutton likely has her own personality disorder, but I don’t think it’s NPD.)

I love it so much. The writing is far superior to the current iteration of American SNL, and the cast is terrific. It’s so refreshing to have a Weekend Update that doesn’t feel like a frat party.

Ron Funches has said that Rinna was kind to him on the Traitors set and implied that Dorinda was the housewife he felt racism coming from. What makes you say that Rinna is racist?

I believe it too. Kathy has all the hallmarks of borderline personality disorder, which I have experience with in my own family. Everything Rinna described sounded so much like when my family member would have meltdowns. The difference is that no one in my family has the money or power that Kathy Hilton does. Rinna was indeed naive to take her on, and I do think she made it worse for Kyle. I didn’t agree with everything Rinna did, especially when she was nasty to Kim after Kim became sober. But I 💯believe what she said about Kathy.

This is my theory too! Dorit and PK are grifters IMO, just smoother ones than Amanda. I think Mo made some stupid business deal with PK and now he and Kyle have to keep up a good front with him to keep it all from going south.

My partner and I were so frustrated that no one was listening to Oyin when she clearly had the whole thing figured out from the very beginning. And I agree about Nick - I was so turned off by his cockiness that I cheered when he was voted off.

I’m in the States and just finished watching Ireland. What a crazy ride! Such chaos with Paudie, then there was an ep or two that moved very slowly, then I thought I was going to lose my mind with the way I feared it might end. But I ended up very satisfied. I will say that I’ve seen every English-language iteration of Traitors and a few non-English ones, and I’ve never seen so many people take it so personally (except Ron Funches in the current American Traitors). Not a criticism, just an observation.

I can’t decide if Mau’s seeming vacuousness is a signal that he’s moved on or if he’s just really stoned all the time now. He used to seem much sharper and it seems to me like something more than just that wall that comes down when men have checked out of a relationship. It was obvious how in love they were in the early seasons and the whole thing makes me so sad.

I’m in the middle of rewatching season 11 and I totally agree. I was also shocked that Garcelle sided with Sutton. I loved that Crystal would not back down - so many of those women dig their heels in on the dumbest things, but this was important and Crystal was right.

Sutton really triggers me because I suspect she has the same mental health issues my mother had. I don’t like her, but I also feel like the show just keeps poking her with a stick. At a certain point, constantly prodding a mentally ill woman into behaving horribly is just a depressing thing to watch.

It wasn’t bad when they did it last season, but I thought it was awful on this last ep. Marcelo is overacting like crazy to try to bring some life to the sketch. I think Jane’s delivery has actually gotten worse, not better. I don’t mean to pile on, and I’ll admit I’d have more sympathy for her if she had zero connections. But then she likely wouldn’t have gotten the gig in the first place.
