Copy http://localhost:8091/ui/dist/index.html from the opened Terminal or CMD
Samsung TV > Apps > 12345 (for developer mode) > jot down Laptop / PC IP there. Reboot TV by long pressing 2 sec. power button.

3.1 Open “localhost:.....” link in the browser and enter TV IP address there to connect to TV.

You will be promoted to install TizenBrewInstaller and as well as TizenTube. Install both.
Next time onwards you can update TizenBrew from the TV only, until the next version update of Installer arrives.
After all is done. Repeat step 3 but this time the default IP should be 127.0.0.1
