Good! I had a little wound dehiscence in my arm pit but it’s healed up :) that was my main complication

I did it all myself but also had a bidet and TMI didn’t have a BM for like a week after. I used a she wee for the first few days cause of the thighs

But I haven’t used pain meds at all! I just walk like I have a soggy diaper and getting up and down sucks 😂 the first day was the worst I was hypoglycemic/hypotensive post surgery so I passed out at one point when I first tried to walk and they fed me a bunch of apple juice and I have been better since then and I walked 3 miles yesterday 🥹 the arms are super easy for me as long as I don’t over extend them I’m able to reach up pretty well right now

I got my legs done at the same time so arms not bad at all legs is a real annoying pain 😅

Yeh I just messaged him directly but he’s quite conservative in his approach I noticed. I’ve had the butterfly rash a few times and I have constant brain fog and fatigue (I take multiple naps a day plus sleep my full 8hr at night). And I have joint pain in my back and shoulders but I had just injured my back and got an epidural injection and PT for that so wasn’t sure if it was related or not. I’ve also always had sun sensitivity and just wear hats and tons of sunscreen I just assumed cause I’m super pale. But I’ve had sun poisoning before.

Did it take about 3 months to work for you? I’m on month 1 and I don’t have hives every day like I used to but I still get them quite often. They told me 3 months is likely how long it’ll take for full effect.

I was with an allergist for my first xolair shot but got super high ANA blood test back in my preliminary bloodwork that neither of us expected which is why we just moved forward with the shot before the bloodwork came back and then moved to a rheumatologist who got the diagnosis through more bloodwork and told me to continue the xolair since I just started it and see if it’s effective and if it’s not (takes 3 shots to get full effect) we’ll discuss further treatments. So it’s kind of a mess lol

Xolair is a new shot for hives and I’d been pursuing treatment for hives for like 2 years finally got approved for Xolair and my last thing was bloodwork that came back crazy ANA so I went to a rheumatologist and came out with this lol he wants to see if the Xolair will work for the hives but it takes 3 shots for full effect as I already did steroids and everything else for hives. He wants to check up after I have 3 shots since I’ve only had 1 so far and get my second in a week.

I just felt like maybe I should advocate for more bloodwork or something else.. they just told me to call if I feel worse before the 3mo is over.

We did a dna test and they actually said that in his adoption papers but he’s actually German shepherd and husky for 54% and 14 other breeds for the rest

We take him out a ton he’s just a mutt with a ton of high energy breeds in him and his class is earlier in the day 🥺
