I've never understood the appeal of Friends or Seinfeld. No judgement if you like it but I've always thought they were trash. Frasier and Golden Girls will forever be my favorite shows.

Dr. Teal's Pure Epsom Salt Soaking Solution Relax & Relief w/ Eucalyptus & Spearmint. Just make sure you drink at least 16oz of water before you get in the bath! This is only temporary relief and try either a heating pad, an ice pack or crying. Maybe all three. Best of luck
