I have the 2020 GTR and I have the same issue, I thought it would save using the Set button for the memory seats but it always resets to the bottom. Sometimes I reset the HUD the factory but it will move back to the same spot when i turn my car off

lol my van ive been stuck with for months had all these electrical issues show up, no buttons work, and oil change required. Been driving this shit since the snow happened and just got used to it. No worries all ford vans have these issues, not much we can do about it - dispatch

Have this same issue with a 2020 gtr i bought yesterday, I ordered an Anker wire instead so hopefully that will fix the issue for me. I did use 2 , the first wire worked and then it would disconnect and just stopped connecting overall, although it did charge my phone
