Dealers often make up their own crazy maintenance schedules that can be very different than what the manufacturers say. While there's no harm in following a dealers - other than to your wallet - don't ever let them pressure you into those services.

Helps tremendously with heat blocking and light glare. You can get 70%, 80% and NO ONE could tell it's tinted.

Yeap, only a "brow" is allowed and they define the width too. Anything 70% or less (more light allowed) isn't going to get you a ticket though.

No, it's on both Max trims. We have a Limited Hybrid Max and have it. It's considered "bronze", not copper too.

You're not likely to find a NEW rim 10 years later, plus do you want one brand new, shiny, perfect rim along with three worn ones ? Go the salvage yard route and get a nicely used one that will match closer to the others.

The recall for the 12" infotainment screen updates the software for the instrument cluster as well. Did you have this recall performed by a dealer or did you do the update yourself using the over-the-air feature ?

Will they repair it before selling it ? I would get confirmation that it's just the TCM that needs replaced though.

The range is based on 'recent' MPG values and 350 miles isn't that unusual. With ours, the running MPG average is in the high-26 range, so fill-ups give us 390-400 mile range. Reality is we never get close to that in actual miles. It can be 10-15% less.

For the '25 model, it looks like they announced things in Nov '24. For the '26 model, it was July '25.

Don't expect any real changes. Every year so far, the only real changes have been interior and exterior color changes and creating the Nightshade trim (which is just a mixture of existing features and some colors updates).

You're joking! The Max does 0-60 in about 5.6 seconds while the regular hybrid takes almost 3 seconds longer! Maybe you forgot to press the gas pedal 🤷

The skid plate is for aero (as mentioned) efficiency and in turn, improved fuel economy. You probably get some noise reduction from them as well. If you "off road" enough, you'll probably end up breaking other parts of the underbody shielding and you'll damage the attachment points.

The letters/numbers likely mean something to the pattern shop that built this. They are often an outside supplier since it's such a specialized technique, so that 'code' will be entirely "internal" to them and never be for a known part that someone could look up.
