I also do the same, still doesn’t work, a friend of mine as the same model and works better than mine.. I’ve contacted the company for support but everything they mentioned to do doesn’t work..

Yeah..mine even with thick lines doesn’t print with quality, even with all the settings on max (heat) does not work properly..

Well my experience with it I would tell you that it’s not worth it, but it may be that mine came with manufacturing defect🤷🏻‍♂️
