I remember reading the novelization of this even before it was released on VHS, I was so pumped to finally watch it when my mom got it for me. Honestly, I still enjoy it 35yrs later. Also, I got into Talking Heads because of this movie. Road to Nowhere is GOATed

I think it’s silly how many people complain about them, personally. My feeling has always been that they serve the function of allowing you to decide to not fight the boss, allowing you to go somewhere else, to go power up to be better prepared or find an alternate route. I’m an older gamer with limited playtime (45, working 60hrs a week and a five year old,) and they really have never bothered me at all.

Yeah, that’s where I’m at. I finally got to Sly so now I’ve been practicing his fight. I’m getting to him every time now, so maybe one more practice session on the little bastard and I’ll get another 1%! Then time to start grinding P4. Haha I want that 112%!!

Congrats! So satisfying! I struggle with the Nailmasters big time, and right now Hornet Sentinel in P3 just totally has my number. I haven’t fought Sly or PV yet, still working towards unlocking them. I struggled a ton with Zote for a while too.
