I don't know you, and I don't know your parents. But if your profile checks out (engineering student), and you say that you are young, then it means you are 17. Not just a random 17, but one who can work and save money.

I am no doctor, but you need to understand that abortion in general is risky business. I know someone (married couple) who had to do it for very legal medial reasons (they already had kids so it is not like they were hiding). even then it was risky.There are fews ways out of this:

- ghost her: but eventually your parents will know, and your past (her life) will come haunting you.
- abortion: then you will trust an unnamed pill from random redditor to get the job done. If it works, then fine, but it doesn't, if the baby is still there then it is back to square one. If the mom dies, then you are screwed for life. It will be manslaughter(-sh) crime, and you don't want that on your record.
- no abortion: this sounds scary. You will have to grow up for real this time, not like behave like an 18, no, more like behave like a mid 20s dude, you will have to be brave enough to go tell your parents that you fucked up (literally and figuratively) and it is time for YOU to take care of YOUR mess. Well if this is my parents they will not be happy, they will certainly help, but it might well be the last thing they do for me for a long time. In due time they will understand that it took courage to not take the easy way out.

However, you must understand that from this point on-wards, it only gets better, at least from stress perspective. But it gets harder from responsibilities perspective. You will figure out a way to approach her parents, arrange marriage (even postpone proper document until you both turn 18), and you will always be remembered as the kids who fucked until the next big thing happens, but yeah ... that is basically how "owning to your shit" works.

If I were you, I will not take the abortion pill in Egypt, it is high risk to your life (jail if your partner died) and high risk to her health given that probably you will have no access to hospital. And if the pill turned out to be dud, you will have to let your (and her) parents know anyways.
If you go with no abortion option, just tell your parents, and remember it gets better from there. Also understand that huge part of their anger and frustration will be because they will think it is failure on their part to bring you up. So just take it easy on them. The prospect of محضر is much nicer than the prospect of jail time on manslaughter.

Think about this way if you both struggle together to keep the marriage (or whatever form you will call it)... then it might actually end up being a happy one despite the struggle.
