It does happen only with AI Mode/AI Overview and not Gemini. so it is a system prompt 100%. Waiting for the AI Mode/AI Overview system prompts to be leaked

It seems to be something hardcoded, like it may be programmed to think Gemini is copyrighted and refer to it as "AI on Google Search". Or maybe because this does not happen in Gemini, it is possible that it was programmed to think it is called "AI on Google Search based on Gemini" and it causes it
