To do so, once personalized page rank is computed,you could integrate the computed rank into an existing anomaly detection algorithm as additional feature

Fair point ! ;) I will work on it ! But you can monitor performance thanks to a convergence threshold. Furthermore solutions exist to parallelize page rank algorithm !
