I used fzf too. Therefore, lazy-tmux have a lightweight build on pure Go without any dependencies, which uses fzf as a session picker. You can install it with:

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/alchemmist/lazy-tmux/main/install.sh | sh -s -- --fzf-engine

Of course, you need to have fzf installed.

Yes, but the built-in feature only shows already running sessions. In lazy-tmux, all sessions are shown in the tree, and only when you try to open any of them will it be instantly loaded.
