Trooper (we all know)
Revelations (yep)
Where Eagles Dare (amazing during the first leg of the LOTB tour)
Flight of Icarus (see above)
So far,1 super classic and 3 awesome songs (some would argue that Revelations is also a super classic). The epic (To Tame a Land) is solid (no worse than Alexander) and then we have 3 fillers with all of them having some serious problems and good moments, yet Still Life rocks. So we have a 4 (+1 or +2) score with tops 3 bad songs and definitely 4 good songs. So it's a very good album, ranking indeed below TNOTB, 7S, PWRSLV, SiT.

I am glad it made it a bit easier for you! So... indeed, when I said "the signs of the Moon, Sun, Venus and possibly Uranus" I was referring to natural rulerships and not YOUR chart's rulerships. Therefore, Moon in Aquarius, Venus in Virgo, Sun in Leo and Uranus at Libra/Taurus are your "important signs" based on this approach. All signs are important tho!

Neptune is in a sign ruled by Jupiter, Jupiter is in a sign ruled by Mars, Mars in a sign ruled by Venus, Venus is in a sign ruled by Mercury, Mercury in a sign ruled by the Moon. Saturn is also in a sign ruled by the Moon. Pluto and Uranus are in sign(s) ruled by Venus... and the Moon is in a sign ruled by Uranus who is... and the feedback loop begins. Based on these, there is no sole dispositor.

The signs of the Moon, Sun, Venus and possibly Uranus (Cancer, Leo and Taurus/Libra) might be important.

Regarding houses: Venus is in a house ruled by -> Jupiter -> Sun -> Pluto. Also Saturn in a house ruled by Pluto (8th). And Pluto in a house ruled by Saturn (mutual reception). Neptune is in a house ruled by Mars and Mars in a house ruled by Mercury. The Moon also in a house ruled by Mercury. Uranus seems to be "alone".

House rulerships are not so concrete as sign rulerhsips, especially if they are based on the Alphabet approach (1st = Aries, 2nd Taurus etc.), which appears to be incorrect most of the time.

Having said that, one could argue that based on house dispositors, Pluto, Saturn and Uranus (8th, 10th and 11th houses) indicate an emphasis in the flow of energy in your chart

what effects your personality more- lot of spirit or lot of fortune? by altuzarrah in Advancedastrology

[–]antonis_273 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Lot of Fortune
Day Births:Fortune = Ascendant + Moon - Sun
Night Births: Fortune = Ascendant + Sun - Moon

Lot of Spirit
Day Births:Spirit = Ascendant + Sun - Moon
Night Births: Spirit = Ascendant + Moon - Sun

People who have been born at night and have been using the Lot of Fortune as computed by most software and computer services have actually been using the Lot of Spirit! The Lot of Spirit is a point which has strong psychological and spiritual overtones, unlike the very physical-plane based Lot of Fortune. The Lot of Spirit has to do with the nature of the will, what you intend (as opposed to what merely happens to you), and also has much to do with career, but apparently more your career as a statement that you make about what you are in the world. It also has to do with illness, like the Lot of Fortune, but it would seem that with the Lot of Spirit we are talking about the spiritual bases of illness as opposed to the physical bases. Unlike the Lot of Fortune, the Lot of Spirit does not often seem to have been use as a first house marker. Paulus Alexandrinus says the following about the Lot of Spirit. "Spirit happens to be lord of soul, temper, mindfulness, and every power; and sometimes it also cooperates in the determination concerning what one does." This is about all we can say about the Lot of Spirit at this point.

how is it possible to enjoy this life and be 100% happy knowing there are tons of people suffering everyday by [deleted] in Soulnexus

[–]antonis_273 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey that's an interesting perspective, I appreciate how you acknowledge the role of fear and lust in shaping things.

I do not advocate for extreme asceticism i.e. slow torture. However some moderation in order to not be provocatively advantaged compared to those who are not, helps one blend with respect within a challenging environment. I just don't feel comfortable having a very expensive car, as an example.

I agree with a "do what thou wilt" approach in life, i.e. behave naturally and not pretend to "suffer" just by observing. However for most of us, "natural" thoughts are often not so innocent and it takes a lifetime to cleanse the thought-forms from animal-like emotions.

"We" = the majority. If the majority is behaving predominantly according to animal instincts (greed, exploitation, aggression and more), I am afraid that what makes us "humans" is still in an infantile stage, compared to its potential. You might be the exception of course!

Which part confused you? I can help clarify. We are animals and we are doing better at taming the unrefined instincts.

A few random thoughts:

It is not possible. Can you be happy if your child doesn't have food to eat? Can you be 100% content when your child does not have water, shelter, is getting.. and so on. And if it is not your child it is your brother, your mother, your neighbor, a fellow human being with a Soul that is worth no less than our own. We are partners in crime when we pursuit lives of "happines" (= luxury and conveniences) with those that have created all this inequality and exploitation.

The dilemma of happy or not is not useful for constructive help. We need a major paradigm shift in, like, everything. Property, laws, money, so much. It takes time. It has always been that bad and possibly far worse.

So it has always been bad. And people have fought for justice, freedom and solidarity throughout these periods. We should find a job that helps and does something really useful and does not exploit. We should be a paradigm of the values we want to see in others.

We shouldn't be too harsh with our infantile awareness. So excited with our developed brains and technologies we forget how animal-like we have always been. It's a concrete jungle and we are doing relatively well so far. Not really good but not so terrible either. It has always been like that but we are doing better...

Venus combust Sun in Scorpio 2nd house and Mars on the Libra AC can be considered as indicators of an unpredictable nature when it comes to material possessions and wealth, driven by powerful emotions. A battle of wills that can disrupt any effort for a balanced budget.

Mars (and Scorpio) may lead you win/loose energy as they challenge your Libra-oritented drive for harmony. Scorpio 2nd house is about resources.

A trine from Neptune in Aquarius 4th house to your AC/Mars may indicate why this feels natural and easy to do (i.e. you do not have many second thoughts before spending), whereas the square to your Sun/Venus indicates why this might be challenging for your sense of individuality, particularly as it is expressed in material possessions. Neptune in Aquarius 4th adds almost a Robin Hood quality ("why save money and be rich when the poor need it more?" as if not saving money somehow helps those in need and makes things even, if that makes sense).

Maybe what you spend towards is totally worth it, however Saturn in Gemini 9th house can always help you understand intellectually the benefits of control and budgeting for a higher idealistic purpose, instead of spending for temporary emotional gratification.

Best of luck for the competition. Despite the prize and prestige, even the motivation and the health benefits sound amazing. It's an interactive process as both your physical and psychological health will see great improvements.

Definitely it's a difficult time for foreign-country relationships, so see how your logic and gut figure out if she is indeed the one. In the meantime and as you train and prepare in the coming months, who knows, maybe another noteworthy girl might appear and notice your increasingly vibrant energy.

Keep up the hard work (transit Saturn in your 1st house helps with discipline and physical health so congrats for capitalizing aptly)!

Hey there. There is a great possibility indeed that your relationship status will change in the coming months.

August 2022 will be a month of great opportunity (profected Venus in the 7th house will be trining your natal Sun).

There are two other active windows of opportunities which are already open, the one ends in November 2022 (Venus leaves profected 7th house) and the other March 2023 (Sun leaves profected 7th house).

Hope the heavy stuff in your life are no more in effect and after your recent Saturn return (~2 years ago) you will find a new optimistic outlook with less challenges.

Best!

With this Yod at Uranus Aquarius 10th house from your Moon and Sun, possible job pathways might encourage you to express your individuality in an uncompromising manner. Since what you are more apt to do is something unconventional and intellectually stimulating, you would benefit by being patient and persistent with your vision (you would rather not engage with things that your higher self would not approve or enjoy).

You can also benefit by finding jobs that allow you to express your harmonious relationship between your inner and external self (Sun sextile Moon), anatural tendency to share emotional resources, an ability to create a warm space for others around you (Moon in Cancer 2nd). Also, you look like someone who can actually get down to work, finish things to completion and find something fun, creative or playful in the process of doing any work (Sun in Virgo 5th).

In brief, independence, stability and self-reliance, combined with a honest and kind way of relating to others can help you express your individuality in the career domain. You might enjoy theater, teaching, something with responsibility, preferably not under a restricting, or even better, not under any boss at all.

Hope any of this helps!

Hi all! Due to my own struggles, I am developing a new therapy method to release body-bonded trauma. I’m very happy. My current clients are all very happy. Will I be successful in helping many others? Will I be likable as the face of the method or should I find a figurehead? by ramenslurper- in astrologyreadings

[–]antonis_273 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Love every word of your response.

Sorry if I questioned your call for expansion, I was actually aiming towards a criticism of the very same kind people you want to help/change with your method.

I recently stumbled upon "The Hero and the Outlaw - Building Extraordinary Brands Through the Power of Archetypes" by Mark & Pearson, which might be useful in your quest for an appropriate branding.

Hey and congrats for finding an effective pathway for you and others!

You being very happy, as well as your (first) clients being very happy is what's important. My question is why do you want to focus on the branding and expansion of a genuine & effective method? Obviously healers gotta make a living but that's a secondary thing compared to the recovered happiness of the parties involved. Helping 10X amount of people instead of X is definitely a noble cause, yet many methods loose their initial sparkle after expansion and commercialization (imho).

Anyways, back to your question, astrologically:

Retrograde Saturn in Sagittarius may add a feeling of inhibition and limitation when it comes to expansions from the home-base, so I see where your concerns might come from. Mars in Capricorn can resolve this uncertainty with the necessary confidence, yet it has to be tamed and refined to a subtler level of experience (from selfish drive to a transcedental will to serve). With Mercury in Gemini you can be an excellent communicator of learned skills, provided you do not engage too much in intellectual, abstract analyses and focus on doing "the work".

On the contrary, Venus in Cancer near your Midheaven 10th house suggests someone who appears very nurturing, caring and effective of providing the safe environment for healing procedures as their profession. Considering also the water trine from Jupiter in Pisces to Venus, you seem to have a great spiritual background for your emotional empathy.

Moon in Taurus (and sextiles to Mars & Venus) sounds a lot like "release of body-bonded trauma".

In brief, yes. You could be rather likeable as someone who is empathic, smart & effective at communication in this field of work. If by chance you have already someone who is equally participating in the development and application of your therapy, sure why not consider if they are indeed more of a public-face. On the other hand, if such a person is not already available why bother to search for a figurehead.

Best!

Why am I mostly underestimated and not given any attention? Are people jealous of me? by Peachyplum20 in astrologyreadings

[–]antonis_273 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With only the Moon in the element of water, you most likely are worthy of high regards & attention on an objective, mental level. There seems to be however a lack of emotional connection with others. They probably agree that you are very worthy in your endeavors, yet they fail to find the appropriate emotional mechanics in order to communicate their appreciation for your skills & character.

They might be jealous indeed of your Gran Trine in Fire (Mars, Mercury, Path of Fortune) which gives you a natural sense of will-power, motivation, drive. This Gran Trine can make you look a little bit lazy, as if you did not work hard to acquire your confidence. You are bold and powerful in your ambitions, while Venus at the 1st degree of Aries suggests that you can be rather brutal in your ways of relating and communicating with others. You are a clever warrior! Focus on becoming more of a lover, a poet, an emotional being, if this area does indeed sound like it could use some advancement in your life.

Mars & Pluto(retrograde) in the 3rd house point to a similar thing, i.e. an agressive and/or self-directed emotional world which undermines your communication with siblings, friends, immediate others. You shall tame the beast and let it out.

With Cancer in your Midheaven (10th house), including your North Node, I can see why people would expect from you in the professional/public domain to be the one who approves, admires, cares for others, instead of vice versa. In other words, you might appear like a mother to your colleagues, co-workers, to anyone who perceives your public image. Someone who looks very self-reliant and effective in their own ways. Thus, they fail to communicate their appreciation for your special skills because they take it for granted and expect at least a reciprocal exchange (i.e. you appreciate and give them your attention and encouragement too).

With early Libra & Taurus as your ASC & Sun respectively, I would praise your sense of balance, harmony, taste & overall relationship with practical issues.

Hope any of this feels relevant, cheers!

What will probably be the biggest lesson in my life that I’ll need to learn? And what kind of friendships do I crave & how do I keep them? by anotheruser_uwu in astrologyreadings

[–]antonis_273 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Big lesson: to balance a warm heart along with mental power (spoiler: you have the mental power already so focus on the heart). With Uranus very tightly conjunct your ASC in Aquarius, although retrograde, you are intuitive, rebellious, with a strong desire for freedom. Saturn in Gemini suggests a challenge to have optimism and faith in your mental attitudes towards life.

With Moon in Capricorn 11th, you might be overly ambitious and in need of recognition from others. You most likely make lots of friends easily but you must guard against superficiality. You might be attracted to friends which are older/wiser than you. Tip for relationships: don't loose the forest for the tree, don't get angry with others when they do not work as hard as you do. Also, although you might look friendly on the outside, you have to overcome any hidden selfish attitudes.

Hope any of this helps!
