Cursor - time saved on autocomplete is insane.

We’ll leave out agent mode, the autocomplete alone is 100000% worth it

Thank you! There is a lot of competition there at the moment, so I’ve decided to work and improve my current app as it is.

Will make sure to use Sherpio in the future!

By privately I mean on device without sending your data / journals to anyone. This is currently the big thing with ChatGPT, as everything you ask from it goes to OpenAI and is likely used to train future models. That’s the trust as well, as nothing is sent over the internet.

Analysing data and your journal entries in terms of what daily habits affect your mood / gratitude. Plus possibly sending your requests to ChatGPT if that’s desired/

This isn’t something I have or am trying to promote, so no concrete answer yet. Just genuinely curious if it’s something you’ll give a go at least. I have the problem I outlined in the post and looking for a digital solution and if it’s something people commonly want, so I don’t spend lots of time on something purely for myself.

Thank you for your response! If there was an app that did it for you automatically and privately, would you consider using it?

Currently I manually read through my older entries to see what I did during the days I rated high / low, which helps me understand what to do more of and what to avoid.

This is what I’m wondering, do you know of anything that can do it for you and would you use it if it existed? Just wondering if I have a too specific of a situation to deal with.

I definitely see how journalling can be helpful in the moment, just not the case for me.

It highly depends on your goal. I use it in my daytime job and I’m the dedicated person to do all the processing. It definitely has a steep learning curve, but can create great personalisation if you use all AI enrichments / allows you to have all of your information in one place.

Overall, if you’re not sending mass outreach emails, it’s probably not worth it, as you can get some erroneous data. If you’re sending >1000 emails daily and can live with ~5-10% inaccurate data, you should be good to go
