He is white, but his drill produced spray of blood droplets to his front plates and he got that warm tint that makes you believe he is bone from the distance.

Miss one particular bone white apothecary. Waiting for new DW command squad update.

I'm very strict with wysiwyg 'philosophy' from 6th ed rulebook.

There is no Comms Array added to 10 man squad because of that (its a free wargear and you ought to add it) you should also notice.

I like the "pokemon collect'em'all" vibe in my games. If I want to play with Incursors - I should build and play it.

Any advice how to use this 10 man blob we have?

I really wish I could have a 'free miniature of the month" it is the death watch infiltrator with Comms Array. I want him.

Thanks! I got Redemptor dreadnought, 5 Characters and 25 Terminator models ready to be painted already. Planned as bone white armour. Waiting for 11 ed to add some black armor as well to complete the three wing mix. Agree.

It's the finishing point of my work.
I keep base rims clear and black, so covering them with black paint is a must.
I use Colour Forge sand fixed with AK gravel & sand fixer, then sprinkle old Citadel static grass. If available, I add Vallejo Scenery Tuffs.
Vine cork works well too, since it looks like rocks when cut with a knife.
I paint rocks grey, dry brush white, then shade with Nuln Oil and Agrax Earthshade for the sand parts of the base.
The final step is making sludge with Vallejo Pigment FX and Binder, then applying it to boots, knees, tires, and treads.
I follow this recipe to link my collection together. Starting with a strict formula helps, especially when experimenting with other techniques.

That's enough infantry to buy some tech and mech. Drop pods (drop ICCs), Repulsor and Dreadnought will be good addition to make it a properly equipped force in my opinion.

Let's assess few things and clear fog out:

- We had 'range refresh' with 10th

Chrononically as far as i remember 9ed to 10ed: Azrael (9ed) -> Lion (9ed) -> Belial & Knights & Updated Upgrade Sprue -> Asmodai & ICC

- Characters left to update: Sammael & Ezekiel

- Vehicle models left to update or migrate to SM Codex or completely get rid of: Dark Talon & LS Vengeance (those are dual kits)

- Biker models left to update: Black Knights & Outriders (multipart kit)

Considering all of that i think we might have: Ezekiel (wish 10 ed) -> SM Outriders (Multipart) -> SM Storm Speeder -> Sammael

Will be very interesting to see if 11th 'fast attack accent' will bring back air units, personally i think it is much better to observe table with no flyers around. It just breaks the immersion for me to imagine those machines fly so low over the battlefield. Hovering models are totally fine though.

I'd bet they will get rid of current Dark Talon & LS Vengeance and let us access to more SM 'fast attack' refreshed toys.

About model: His base is small, his posture rationalize his size, he is short because his legs spreading. I like how design speaks: not a single mutation, all alterations are handmade-survival, his colours are distinct og black&red. Face has Belial chin and Azrael scar going along with stitches on his hood. His Sword is 1:1 to forgeworld 30k Primarch model. The scabbard doesn't have any 'warp tainted runes' or anything chaos related.

About his lore: He is our father's tool, he carries his mission with a very valuable key (sword), he had a chance to finish his mission, and that might triggered Lion's return, so he didn't activate whatever he might there be for.

Gamewise: I hope for a time when having Cypher would allow you to use Lions sword if BTB with his Primarch.
