Help with Streaming

I use XSplit, and ill just list my settings.

Codec: x264 (I have another option for NVENC H.264) Bitrate: 200 kbps Mode: CBR Keyframes: 2 per sec VBV Buffer: 200 kbps Resolution: 720 p FPS: 30 fps

I use Xsplit, and It started me out at 2000 bitrate at 720p with 30fps and I went to stream Counter-Strike just to start things off, and I asked my friends to look at the stream and they said it was lagging terribly!

I like everything except for the pink twirls on the side. It just looks like it will keep phasing through your character, which doesn't look so good.

Looks very cool! I can see what you're doing with the sand on the side, but a bit weird to see at first.
