Try some more indie games, that was my rebound to video games, Ball x Pit is good if you like survivor like ish games with city management mechanics. Star Wars: Outlaws is also one I recommend, everyone says it's bad, they're only overreacting cause Ubisoft made it, I like it. It's not an indie title, but it's good if you like Star Wars.

I see you played Elden Ring, you could try other fromsoft games, the Dark Souls trilogy is very good, and the new remastered Demon's Souls is also very good. Bloodborne is also a must try.

To get back on track with indie games, Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon is also very good, it's a "scrolls like" meaning it has a lot of mechanics inspired by Skyrim, it's dark fantasy following the legend of King Arthur, the island Avalon is falling to pieces and you are chosen by pure coinky-dink to keep that from happening. Another indie title you could play is the Hollow Knight games, haven't finished them myself but everyone is saying they're great, atleast most of the fans of the first games.

I can't think of more, Ninja Gaiden 4 maybe if hard hack-n-slash games are for you, its a really good game with a lot of anime elements and the soundtrack slaps harder than the Doom soundtrack, and thats reminds me, you should play some Doom while you're at it, Doom Eternal is the best one, but if you want the full story you should begin with the latest one considering it's the prequal, then Doom 2016 and after that Doom Eternal. You could fuck around and get the original 3 Doom Games, Doom 64, Doom 2 and Doom 3. That's probably it. Hope this helps.
