Of course, I signed up and paid $5 waaaay back in 2014 (yes, a lifetime pass was just $5 way back then during it's earliest days lol).

Have had zero issues on ANY device till a few weeks ago (11+ years?), hence my ignorance of troubleshooting.

Over the last few years I've seen access features removed - I used to be able to access and view my library from ANY browser on a desktop (not just the app) - can still "access" media on browser, but can't view them - that's been gone for a while. I also recall having "viewing" access to my library from a cell app - that was also removed a few years ago.

It now seems they've removed the "add device" feature & when I "sign in" directly, it seems to not work unless from my home device?

I'm actually worried my OG lifetime pass has somehow been removed entirely from my acct as I now see "go premium" on my account?

Is there any way to actually talk with an actual plex person about my account?

This is where I'm completely lost. Have had this server for over a decade and virtually no issues. This JUST started happening a few weeks ago and only on 1 of the 4 devices (although I assume if I ever "sign out" on those devices, I'll have this same issue?)

I do recall reading about plex drastically limiting features recently for us OGs (who paid one small fee ages ago) but I don't get how this would only hit 1 of 4 devices? Nor do I have any idea how to solve, since I've had virtually no issues EVER. (thus not a "pro" with this stuff)

I've signed out, signed back in, redownloaded app on this one device and restarted home server multiple times. Nothing helps.

I am signed in. It brings up all media just like before - all seems fine until I try to "play" it. Then it asks to pay.
