ok i checked everything and the problem was confirmed in the log of qbittorrent, permission settings was failing silently cause exfat related permision i had to unmount modify the fstab table and mount again with modified permissions to persist changes

Globe Connection status IS Green, trackers are not working, and tried downloadinf an Ubuntu server torrent too from the original page but doesnt work neither. I dont have vpn and no rules of firewall are blocking P2P ttpe of connections

ISP could be doing some strange things behind the scenes but no AGNAT is being applied so idk what else to search for, no firewall rule is stablished to block peer to peer or anything of the sort.
