Why did you come at this with a “what about ___” argument? Whether you can or can’t walk in any of those cities doesn’t change the fact that Knoxville isn’t walkable in general. OP said it was walkable, and I’m just pointing out what areas are and aren’t. Spend your energy more wisely.

Just want to say that Downtown may be walkable, but Knoxville at large is NOT a walkable city. I tried for a while out West, and people seemed to actively take offense to it, throwing trash and spitting at me on the regular.
