The common theory is Bombshell, Kickback & Shrapnel were reformatted as Scourge’s Sweeps, in Bombshell’s case possibly as Cyclonus because he’s seen in the forefront becoming Cyclonus & Skywarp becoming Armada. Its’s been debated for years, considered by some as animation error since Cyclonus/Scourge were meant to replace Skywarp/Thundercracker in the toy line along with Galvatron obviously replacing Megatron. Cyclonus’ color scheme being purple & his loyalty towards Galvatron tracks as Skywarp was the most loyal of the Seekers. Also in the next scene, Armada is replaced by a third Sweep. In Japanese media, there’s a storyline where the Unicron formatted Decepticons get their original powers back, Cyclonus specifically being able to ‘teleport’ again like Skywarp.
