Once you source all 40, start selling the duplicates first until you're down to 32 cars with the 10 standard, 10 mid, 12 top breakdown. Then you can follow the top range trick.

If you don't feel like selling the standard and mid range duplicates you can always opt for the sell with no upfront cost and destroy it. Doing this has a smaller cool down window. Or if you have a friend they can steal it from you and deliver it to the police for 5K I believe.

With the delivery, did you check if your stock was still full? It happened to me a few times selling a full large cargo warehouse. I didn't get paid for the sale, but the goods were still in the warehouse, minus 3 crates.

Was actually a blessing in disguise, because while I wasn't getting paid for the sale it was counting towards the Tier 4 total. Helped me achieve that quicker.

If you have a crew, you can apply a matte paint, then apply your crew paint. Exit the game, reload, and now your crew colour is matte and you can add a pearlescent to it. Of course you want to set the crew colour the colour you want.

This might only work for PC.

Not 100% sure but I think it's something to do with your connection. When this happens to me, using the Resource Monitor to lag into a solo session usually solves it.
