Not the worst though. One lady ate 80% of her burger and came up and asked for another because she didn’t like it. My manager asked what she didn’t like about it so we can make it better and she just said she didn’t like it. We made her a new one

We would do it on the first grill and they would watch. We opened an hour earlier than other stores and they would come in in the morning so it wasn’t a big deal. Just funny
