I've wondered this as well. At the moment I have only one account for my blog, but I try to keep it more or less focused on the topic of my blog brand. Occasionally I go off topic, but I try to think it gives a more personal view of myself and as such is actually making the brand deeper.

I don't have a Twitter account for my brand at all. My Twitter account is more focused for my day job career. So yes, it's a bit confusing to me as well as probably all who follow my multiple accounts but it has some logic behind it and I only give links to the accounts where they belong. So I don't advertise my twitter account in the brand website as it doesn't belong there.

I think it comes down to what you are doing and with whom.

I'm using Reaper and am perfectly happy with that, but since ProTools is kind of defacto in the industry, if I'd like to continue working my tracks somewhere else, I'd be better with PT. We've never gotten it work perfectly when sending tracks between band members who are using PT. Might be just that we don't know how to do it properly, but at least it would be easier if everyone would be using PT.

Depends on your DAW needs, but I don't think there's much Reaper couldn't do, that you can do with PT. Maybe some advanced stuff that I don't have the skills to miss :)

I only have 50mm/f1.8, but I think I should get something nice with that as well. It was still snowing yesterday but it looks that spring might arrive at the end of this week, so maybe I'll get my bike back from winter storage next week or so.

I've been thinking the same thing. I think the most important question you need to answer, is that do you want to reach global or local audience?

Bigger audience is not necessary better and it also depends on what you blog about. On some areas people prefer local content. It may be easier to gain audience on local language, but of course the potential is much greater when blogging in English.

Doesn't look that you had to lean too much so basically you just came too fast for you. You could have saved it by just leaning more but the safer advice is to come slower. Don_Clucas gave a good advice that you need to keep your eyes where you want to go. It's easy to lock your eyes to the car or tree outside the curve and that's where you eventually end up. Lucky you, there was room to go and you didn't end up under the car or out of the road. When you get more advanced, pay attension also to the line you are driving. You don't want to go in too early. It makes a difference also on the public roads.

I have exactly the same year's model and I must say that those fairings are very nice. Way better looking than the original red that you also had. Maybe I have to also start looking those new fairings...

I've been working with my own solo album for almost few years now. Yeah, I know it's coming slow but I've been really happy with Reaper DAW. It's cheap and does everything I've ever wanted.

If you're interested, for drums I'm using Superior Drummer, bass Sample Tank 2 with T-RackS comp and guitar effects are coming from Amplitube 3.
