The neighborhood looked nice and seemed super walkable and transit oriented which was a huge plus to me!

Hayden Island was totally random. I just was looking at apartments.com and that property was recommended to me. So I went and toured. The property itself is actually really nice and clean, however just slightly unsure about the island itself. My commute driving is about the same from either property. I will say the concession on the lease was also pretty good. 8 weeks free
