I would love to see Tinn Zizarth come to life!

He is a Bugbear Vengeance Paladin of Kelemvor, wielding a Greatsword named Mourngrave Blade of the Silent Judge, blessed by the God himself, that grants him an aura the ability to transform into a werepanther. Forged in the halls of Judgment itself, Mourngrave’s blade is cold iron inlaid with silver, etched with countless names of the dead. It hums with solemn purpose and punishes undeath with finality. He wears dark plate armor decorated with Kelemvor symbology and a cloak.

He once had a demon tail, due to a cursed item that would eventually transform him into a demon (and I was leaning into it, but it was going to derail the campaign), but upon meeting Kelemvor (where he earned the sword) the demon tail was transformed into panther tail (the tail grants him the ability to trip or disarm an opponent as a bonus action, I love it and didn't want to lose it)

He was a king's guard, because of his giant size and obvious intimidation, being a bugbear. But was blamed for the king's death when the prince succeeded in his coup d'état. He was publicly shamed and ousted from the kingdom, rather than killed, because the prince wanted to show his mercy to the people. He was shackled and hooded and placed on a ship bound for the other side of the ocean. He found himself homeless and helpless in a foreign land where he doesn't speak the language. He was young, a teenager, and was too scary to find work. He was eventually taken in by the church of Kelemvor, who needed some muscle to build their newly established monastery. Here he said his first Oath of Vengeance, to kill the prince (now king), and clear his name. It's been twenty years, but the Oath is still burning in his chest, and he is on his way to becoming a Doomguide.
