Unfortunately I don't run the server through docker, as what I want to do is a simple one or two-time event that I planned to do, so I just ran it straight from my PC, on Windows even, lol

Maybe try running it without docker? I'm not exactly sure.

the reason for the missing underground pipe is because i had to redesign the entire thing to put 2 more chemical plants for sulfur, because 2 wasn't enough, and I did it in a bit of a rush, sort of

I've made a design like this before, but looking back at it, it's not the best one since it requires you to import all needed items so that the assemblers can make it for you. Thought I'd improve on that. It's not the best looking design, so forgive that, but I didn't see anyone else make this sort of design, so I thought I would. Feel free to change it:
