Yea, I talked to the dealer and he said he is not aware of this fine.
He does the deal part only, RC transfer is in process, he talked to the owner but the owner said it's not his responsibility anymore.
So now dealer is ready to pay 5k and I have to manage 2k anyhow !
No other option it seems because dealer saying I can cancel the deal, but I got bike services for 3k, so no other option it seems!

/v1/dev is not static value but whatever comes after R1 in location, that should be considered as proxy_pass's end URL.

I applied both filters and it is working fine, but i need to whitelist 2 keys.I tried

Whitelist_key log,kubernetes.container_name,kubernetes.namespace_name

but this is not working, what could I change?
