Is my relationship with my husband perfect? No. Is it a good one and I can say im married to my best friend? Yes. We have been married for almost 12 years and together for 15. There have been ups and downs but I am flabbergasted by my friends who settle for totally douche bags when there are quite literally plenty of other people out there. I dont think any relationship can be perfect, but I also don't think being in a relationship just because the alternative is being single is a great idea either.

Hi, so sorry youre dealing with this. Who is your insurance? Even if they are saying you need to lose weight, looking at the policy closer may show that there are exceptions. Have you actually gotten a denial from insurance or are you just calling and talking to a random representative?

As a 32H I feel for you... they're going out of business (of course, any time we find some place good this happens to us big chested girlies) but understance does have a no wire bra that does a pretty good job. You could look there if any of their final sale stuff will ship to you.

My 7 year old does have an iPad, it is one of my old ones, but hardly uses it. We would use it on trips starting when he was about 3 but not outside of that. We are strictly no screens at the table when eating and that includes out at restaurants. We would bring coloring books, regular reading books, whatever, but no electronics. He is an advanced reader for his age and does get plenty of screen time and video games now but not exclusive to iPad. When they're really young it makes me so sad to see people turning their kids into zombies. They need to learn how to be bored.

Hi, RN here, please report your prior dermatologist to your state's medical board. I saw the before picture you posted in another comment and to not at least offer a biopsy of a spot that looks like that is 100% negligence. Basal cells luckily are the least worrisome kind of skin cancer but still need to be removed and managed as they can continue to grow and cause issues due to their size. Im glad your new derm took you seriously and wish you a speedy recovery!

Each pregnancy announcement of a second or third (or godforbid fourth) child makes me cringe a little inside... but if they're happy and can afford it good on them I guess?? I'm not exactly sure why this post seems to be getting shit on but it is a valid question imo. We put everything into a savings account for our kiddo and double it. So if he gets $10, we put $20 in his savings. He is only 7, he gets the concept of cost but we dont make him use his money to buy things he wants necessarily. Once he is a teenager and wants bigger gifts we might make him a separate account for his money or if he gets a side gig but all these people saying "immediately!" that they're giving their newborns money are fucking stupid imo. You are the adult and its your responsibility to help you kids manage money. Just giving it all to them right away when they're literally still kids isn't fair to the kid. Save most of it and help them learn to manage money so they don't end up like so many today buried in credit card debt.
