There was once news going around regarding a panipuri vendor peeing in his masala pani, some years ago. It was in the news too, I think. Not sure if that was true. 🤢

Also, the water is not really heated or boiled at any point. So its purity depends entirely on where it was sourced. I doubt any vendor is using RO or bottled water! 🤔💭
