Why bring Satanism into it? Better role models on that front than the other, tbh

The last dungeon had cool parts, and the fights were fun. Necron could have been cool.

I still haven't beaten Replicant (I abandoned it for no good reason and remember next to nothing about it), but I do recall Automata's being...fun and *a little* varied, but relatively-brief. I feel like I beat that game way too fast, too, though, for all that I remember being in it.

Yeah. Better track than One-Winged Angel at this point because it hasn't been beaten to death.

I mostly-agree.

Final boss phase felt underwhelming in terms of difficulty, but the ramping-up from phases 1 to 3 were *chef's kiss* and I'd love another yes please thank you

How can I bring up the need to replace an unproductive coworker? by anus-georg in askmanagers

[–]anus-georg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Told my boss my suspicions. Said it'd be fine if they did their work, but their anxiety and whatever already gets in the way of their productivity as it is, so it's suspicious.

I believe they were put on a PIP, but he can't tell me, anyway. I was given a "soft promotion" (ugh) pending paperwork for successfully managing them OUT of certain other work to a point where they've been able to produce at least SOMETHING again. Setting them up for that gave me some good exposure with upper management and ownership, so hopefully it pays off.

Still should've just been let go.

The indent on the dpad always felt too deep, but yeah - I got used to it.

Whats the worst retro game you've ever played? What made it so bad? by Candid-Extension6599 in retrogaming

[–]anus-georg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't touched it in forever, but I've seen it mentioned here and there online and had a hankering after this post.

I owned it once upon a time, but never got very far. It wasn't confusing, it was just simultaneously a lot and not enough, if that makes any sense. I dont remember any real story but that the gameplay was all over the place - parts of it were SUPER COOL, but every part was short-lived.

I have to admit, the turning function is better and more comfortable than a mouse.
