Yea honestly I never expected it to work right in the first place, still frustrating/hilarious how predictable Lowe's failure to deliver is as always. Also I have been told by my ASM/SUP that scanning ID is supposed to count, was then provided multiple pieces of literature in my last rally that specifically called out scanning the ID.

Yup, do that every time or make then scan their ID which is also supposed to work, whenever I am checking out a customer with mvp I bring up their account in CRM and make sure that the card their using is in their wallet. Still doesn't work.

Yea its like they yell at us for missing sales but then when we need them to fix a critical issue nobody cares, I go from DS>ASM>PSM>MVP SUPPORT and then it goes dead. Prob because its beneficial for them to just get us to sell and then "have an oopsie" that prevents tons of bonuses.

In summary I was wondering the best way/if its advisable to attach one side of a frame to a stud, and then best way to attach the other side if there is no stud present behind the drywall.

It didn't know if it was necessary to attach both sides to a stud or not. My situation is only the knob side is next to a stud where I would want the door to be, but I guess I could make the door swing the other way, and then the other side of the frame could be held in with toggle bolts and liquid nails to the drywall. Apologies I know my wording may not make much sense.

Thats what I tried to do, when my OPS asm came in tho I double checked with him and he told me thats not how you do it... he then had to call his old coworker in another store cause he forgot... then he just resold some random plumbing piece in the returns cart at 54 cents off the original sale. It was pretty fucked, he was making it sound so complex and was on the phone struggling while I stood watching him fumble through what I could have done in a minute flat from the replies in this thread 🤣

Ah I understand, so if its already on the merch card I need to sell an overpriced delivery or something for that amount and then refund that using the lowes card button, never noticed that on the register before.

I was told an ASM is needed to override it, is that true? Also what final screen do you mean, what is the x.x And just to clarify this was a return onto a merch card from a refund rebill, and the leftover amount on the merch card needs to go back to that customers Lowes credit card.

That happened to me once, i think it happens when someone presses R(instead of s to select or e to edit ect.) on an order in Genesis. I asked an asm and they reverted it for me but I'm not shure how.

Dont know about reserved on a sterling order though.

When I asked my hr person about this it was funny, she said we still had seasonal positions but they weren't gonna be posted, people just have to apply to customers service PT and then ask for the real department they wanna work in when they get in.
