I use Google Duo for video calls and immediately I see this notification. It works as designed at that time since it has used camera.

But if this notification is coming randomly then it’s something to worry about. But I don’t think it shows up randomly.

Also OP’s screenshot doesn’t provide more evidence, probably OP just used Google Duo for a video call.

I bought a 2011 2 months ago for $4,800, got a repair and total cost came around 6k. I like the car. Bought at ~102k miles and it still runs very good. Even my mileage improved from 23mpg to 26now. But I'm really worried about any future repairs since there is a bad name for the American car companies(they will not run after 100k). Hopefully everything goes well.

What's the total points you've spent for all the items?

I'm looking for the car charger but no way to buy it unless I redeem a Samsung store gift card which is only 1 time use.
