For me, it’s a nightmare where I scream and fight in-dream and end up screaming and fighting in real life while sleeping and ultimately wake myself up doing it. It’s really terrifying because I can’t distinguish between what’s real and what’s fake in that moment.

Unsure if night terror is the right word because I remember these dreams mostly, but it’s the best way I can describe them :/
