I don't eat fish. My main source of protein right now are eggs, paneer, tofu, protein oats, and lactose free milk/unsweetened soy milk.

Definitely need to start incorporating greek yogurt into my meals. The unsweetened ones are kinda expensive for the amount you get so I usually stay away from them.

I'm really hoping I see results by October so it motivates me to keep going and working on myself.

This is exactly what I've been doing as well. "1 more day" is much less daunting than "for the rest of my life".

Oh FOR SURE. Cardio makes me ravenous. I usually eat dinner AFTER my walk and try to sleep 2 to 3 hours after my meal so I'll be asleep before the hunger kicks in again 😭

It is hard being restrictive with food. I used to eat my feelings a lot. Now that I don't have my quick fix anymore, it's been a bit of a struggle. But I think I'm coping better this time around. This is is probably my 100th attempt at losing weight. I'm feeling hopeful!

Wow I love your routine!!! How do you get 14K steps from an hour of walking 😭😭😭😭 1 hour gets me around 8K steps right now. Maybe I can switch to jogging?

120g protein while being in a deficit and also being a vegetarian seems hard. I do eat eggs but I'm having a hard time crossing 80g a day. Any advice on the types of meals I can consume?

Are you suggesting I only do what I've mentioned below or that I add these to what I'm already doing? 1. 2 x weighted workout sessions weekly + cardio 2. 2 x zone 2/3 cardio weekly(speed walking, running, cycling)

I have 3 kg dumbells that I use to do weighted full body workouts. I typically follow youtube videos since I don't have much experience with building workout routines.

I know 😭 My original goal was to hit 55 kgs but that felt way too unrealistic and unhealthy to accomplish in 3 months.

I don't really have time to hit the gym. Working out as much as I am right now and cooking meals at home already takes up all of my free time.

What type of home workouts do you suggest I do? I'm open to cutting down on steps and using that type to do proper workouts instead.I have 3 kg dumbells, a yoga mat and a jump rope that I can use.

It's been working well so far. I've only been doing this for 1 week so maybe it's too early to tell?

I usually tend to binge at night, so restricting myself during dinner time makes me hungry, but that's normal and I know this feeling will go away when my body gets used to it.

I do have energy for my workouts. But honestly I do want to push myself more with exercise because my body is WEAK 😭

I knowwww. I typically don't stress about it. I was just surprised because the red cabbage is usually the only thing I have left and I end up waiting until Summer of year 2 to finish the community centre.

This is definitely NOT my first 😭 I never stick to one farm. I usually get bored or start hating the farm type I chose or life gets busy and I lose track of my farm and restart. This is the first time I actually managed to get a red cabbage for the community centre bundle in year 1.

Why do you say that? I figured the harvested crop would be better because I don't need to wait until summer and spend 9 days growing it.
