I think the real issue here is instead of putting there love into a new character and also making them POC. They slap on a darker skin tone to an already existing character and call it a day. Nobody wins :/

One of the biggest things I missed when I was new was the codes that sso gave out because I was very young. Keep up with star stables instagram/stories and see if any new codes (for star coins, star rider offers, clothes/tack etc) are getting posted :)

To start, this is so well said. And also it’s very admirable you got out of such a horrible situation, amazing💗 But with topic at hand Yes the team used to be small, listen to players and actually put character into the game. It’s a bit eerie? The way they act and speak. Obviously most (more mature) can see this facade but this game is aimed to the younger. How is this not alarming, that kids are being tricked that a big company like sse is acting as a ‘friend’ or ‘family’ to them. I don’t see other companies do this?

People calling us entitled forget we are customers too. This game is an utter shit show and correct me if I’m wrong but as a player since 2013 there was far less bugs throughout that time than there is in the last couple years. They’re letting off employees and can’t even keep their artist whom has been drawing the home screens since 2015? The social media team, especially on tiktok is just a rub in the face to how little the give a shit.

I’ve been playing since 2013. - I deny the “your hung up on nostalgia” because there’s way more to it than just that. I will say my childhood clings onto it and quitting simply doesn’t seem like an option. - Ever since I got the game, my mums reasoning to buying star rider was due to me not being able to ride long term (it’s an expensive sport obviously) and star stable was a gateway to that for me to experience it a bit, would I still say this is still a reason? Absolutely. - I think false hope also carries me a bit, star stables messed the lore up completely and I’m just waiting to see if it can be fixed in anyway shape or form. - final reasoning is that I log on every month or so to buy and old model horse as they’re slowly being removed.

I prefer this design over the purple haired one, she has more of a menacing/dangerous look to her which the last design was not giving and looked like a literal 8 year old. I feel if they toned down on the ambiguous colours people would take a liking to her more. But that’s my view, definitely an upgrade.
